Any information you provide when you contact us is processed for the purpose of providing you with information and support from County Durham Cultural Education Partnership and keeping proper records. We also use the information to contact you if there are changes to arrangements for events you may have registered to attend. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely our interest in the proper administration of our website and business.
Marketing
We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of e-newsletters and invitations to events of interest to the cultural sector. This data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and media.
- When requesting information from us online, you are agreeing to receive requested information by email, and relevant follow up information from County Durham Cultural Education Partnership, which can be unsubscribed from at any time.
- Newsletter signup – by completing our newsletter signup page you are agreeing to store information about yourself that you have provided.
- Email –We will only send you our newsletter if you specifically give us your consent to do so. The information we collect will depend on the nature of your enquiry with us.
- We collect information only when you supply it to us by entering your details via an online form.
- When we collect information from you, we will provide an option for you to join our mailing list.

Legal Obligation
In addition to the specific purposes for which we may process your personal data set out in this section, we may also process any of your personal data where such processing is necessary for compliance with regulatory and legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

About Cookies
